Liliana Colón is a singer-songwriter and musician from New York City, now based in Miami. Her music is rooted in connection — whether she’s collaborating with other artists or reflecting on her own experiences, her sound invites listeners to sit down and engage in a musical conversation.
Liliana first began recording during a gap year from college, forming the duo Ziggy & Ray with her childhood friend Ruby Reynertson. The pair released three songs in spring 2024, and their track “Summer” landed on Spotify’s Fresh Finds editorial playlist shortly after its release. What had begun as a side project quickly turned into a musical sanctuary, a place where she could unpack her emotions through poetic imagery.
While in college, Liliana joined the band My Neighbor George, performing across the Northeast at venues like Nova Arts, Main Drag, and Granite Roots. The two years she spent with her band helped her develop a dynamic stage presence and a deep appreciation for the creative friendships that come from making music together.
Today, Liliana makes up one half of Liliana & Manuela, a bilingual duo known for their rich harmonies, intricate guitar work, and effortless musical chemistry.
Singing in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, they made their live debut in June 2025 at The Bitter End and Pete’s Candy Store in New York City. The duo recently released “Rooftop Sessions”, a YouTube series featuring intimate performances of both original and reimagined songs.
Alongside her collaborative projects, Liliana continues to grow as a solo artist. Her single “Blue Skies” with Alix Brignol and her latest release “Like Honey” — her first track to feature her own guitar playing — showcase her evolving lyricism and lyrical melodies.
She’s currently working on new material that blends introspective storytelling, rich harmonies and acoustic guitar arrangements.
